Well after another long delay, I am finally getting a chance to update this blog or maybe it is just easier to get a whole lot of news written down at once.  Not sure, as the jury is still out on that one.

Well on to the news. M & R Environmental is pleased to announce the addition of Tony Archer to our sales team.  Tony brings a wealth of experience including equipment sales with Snap-on Tools.  This being said, Tony will be handling all the Qwik Draw Coolant Exchange machines, doing sales as well as customer demos.

I know I have said it before but it is great to see that Eco-Freez Coolants was way ahead of our time with the inclusion of Bitrex in all of our coolant lines.  It has been talked about for the past three years but now it is becoming a reality.  Effective 2011 all coolants sold in British Columbia must contain a bittering agent. Without getting on a soapbox and preaching the virtues of including a bittering agent in coolants lets just say this is going to greatly reduce the number of animals that die a painful and needless death each year.

Continuing with adding lines requested by customers, you should be seeing Eco-Freez Premium Coolants marketed in more manageable 10 Litre containers within the next 8 weeks. It was brought to our attention by numerous customers that using a 10-litre container would be a lot easier with less spillage.

Eco-Freez is moving east with a company in Saskatchewan purchasing 20,000 litres to distribute throughout the province.

Apparently the Dragons Den was such a hit last year that they are putting into repeats starting now. So if you missed it the first time you still have an opportunity to see it.

One final bit of news Eco-Freez is now being distributed on Vancouver Island.  For product or product information contact Peter Hetherington from Hetherington Industries at 250 – 724 – 5112 or 1-800-563-6004.
